Australia's iconic, Hog's Breath Cafe, has Australia's favourite, and most delicious, steaks!
PRIME RIB STEAK
Hog’s Breath Cafe buys the best quality beef to guarantee you consistency of taste and tenderness. We slow cook our Prime Rib steak for at least 18 hours, then finish with high temperature searing on a char grill to seal in the maximum flavour for your enjoyment. You can be assured that Hog’s Breath Prime Rib exceeds all food safety standards from the pasture to the plate. We plan as best we can to ensure we have enough of our signature slow cooked Prime Rib Steak to serve all of our valued customers. Due to demand, sometimes we do sell out and unfortunately can't turn back the clock to cook more... as much as we'd love to!
*Unavailable for lunch at some restaurants and prices may change without notice.
